At first . . . overwhelmed!

When we began our quest to convert all of our products to "certified organic" or sustainable materials I found myself a bit overwhelmed. There was so much to learn. And the more I learned the more I wanted to learn! I quickly accepted that for my sanity and realistic retention of information I was going to have to accept it as an ongoing project.
